Terms & Conditions:

1. This promotion is only applicable to clients of Mason Securities Limited (Mason Securities).

2. The promotion period is from 1 April 2020 until 30 September 2020 (Both dates inclusive).

3. During the promotion period, clients who have successfully executed 3 trades via electronic trading system including mTRADE online trading platform and “Mason Securities mTRADE” mobile App, will receive a free Pacific Coffee beverage. 

4. Each account is only allowed to exchange once. 

5. Available on a first-come first-served basis.

6. Mason Securities will notify the eligible clients within 2 months via e-mail. An e-voucher with QR code (“e-voucher”) provided by Pacific Coffee (“the supplier”) will be presented in the respective e-mail.

7. The e-voucher is redeemable at any Pacific Coffee in Hong Kong (except Asia World Expo coffeehouses).

 

8. The QR code on the e-voucher for redeeming the beverage for one-time use only.

 

9. The e-voucher entitles the holder to any tall size handcrafted beverage on our “Espresso”, “Specialty Chillino” or “Favorites” menu except hand drip coffee, liqueur coffee, bottled drinks and juices (an additional $4 will be charged per beverage to upgrade to oat milk)

 

10. The e-voucher must be redeemed before the expiry date (valid within 90 days upon sending out of this email).  The expiry date is non-extendable.

 

11. The e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash nor to be used in conjunction with any other promotions or privileges.

 

12. Mason Securities reserves the right to replace the e-voucher with alternative gifts in equivalent value without prior notice.

 

13. Mason Securities is not the supplier of the e-voucher and shall not be responsible for any matters or disputes relating to the e-voucher. The supplier is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities in relation to the e-voucher.

 

14. Should there be any enquiry, comment or complaint about the e-voucher, clients should contact the supplier directly.

 

15. Clients who are employees of Mason Securities Limited, Mason Group Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries are not eligible for the offers.

 

16. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Mason Securities Limited shall be final and conclusive.

 

17. This promotion does not constitute any recommendation, offer or solicitation to purchase, sell or subscribe for any investment products.
